We try to stagger the times that the vendors arrive for ease of unloading. We generally contact you in the week prior to the scheduled event to schedule a time for your arrival. We ask that you stick to that time as we are trying to coordinate with all of the vendors so everyone has sufficient time to unload and set up prior to the event.
If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to call ahead or e-mail to ask. We look forward to working with you!
Brides & Grooms
Bar Service/Bartenders are provided by the venue, ask about the different package options we have to choose from! Catering for your wedding day does have to be from an approved caterer. If you have a caterer in mind that is not on the list below, we can send them the information on the approval process to be added. Baker’s Catering is our in-house catering option!
