Here is some information you may need while a guest at Round Barn Venue. We want everyone to have a great time celebrating while you are here! Our address is 150 Fox Drive, Piqua, OH 45356.
Cars/Parking:
When you arrive, you may be directed by Round Barn Staff where to park. If you have someone who needs to be let out close to the ceremony site, please let them out at the drop-off area. If you need to unload items, you can do that at the drop-off area or the service unloading area. We do have designated handicap spaces should you need to use them.
If you’ve over-indulged by the end of the evening and would like to leave your car overnight, we encourage you to do so. We ask you to pick up your vehicle by 10:00 am the next morning as we are then open for the event that day. If you need accommodations for the night visit Airbnb to check our availability of the Romantic Guest House (onsite).
Smoking:
Smoking includes vaping and e-cigarettes. There is no smoking in any building or porch on the estate, or within 20 feet of a building. There is a designated smoking area by the silo with red chairs at the Round Barn. All butts must be properly disposed of in the provided receptacles.
Restrooms:
There are restrooms located in the entry way to the barn, both on the upper level and lower level. Both levels are handicap accessible. Baby changing stations are located in both restrooms in the upper level.
Rain:
In the event of rain, all festivities will be in the barn.
Grounds:
Please use the grounds while you are here, but know we have a wedding next week and need to keep everything nice for them too! (You know-take only pictures, leave only footprints.)
We encourage you to participate in the festivities of the day-if your bride and groom have a photobooth, please use it! If they have a hashtag, post your pics! They love to see all the fun stuff from their day that they miss.
